Portugal 2023
This was my last trip of 2023, and I was looking for somewhere in Europe that wouldn’t be too cold in December. Portugal fit the bill, and I’m glad I visited!
Porto

Porto was pretty, but also really hilly. Everything was walkable, but my calves got quite the workout for the week I spent there!
Lisbon

Lisbon was far more touristy than Porto, and it did detract from the experience a bit. However, there were also a lot more attractions to visit, and it was great to see the Christmas markets and decorations.
